The ATO one automatic water refill is an intelligent water refill device that requires no parameter setting. It simply needs the installation of a sensor and a water refill pump to function. The standard equipment includes one optical level sensor (S2) to monitor the water level and determine the need for refilling, and one floating ball level sensor (S1) to prevent water overflow. An optional additional floating ball level sensor (S3) can be used to monitor the water supply bucket level.
The ATO one device provides a wide range of status indications. It has indicator lights and a buzzer to alert the user when the refill process overruns or runs out of time, when the submersible pump is not plugged in, or when the refill bucket is running low on water.
The ATO one panel features several key components: S1: Anti-overflow sensor (floating ball sensor) S2: Water replenishment sensor (optical sensor) S3: Water supply bucket empty sensor (optional) DC12V power plug Pump: Submersible pump plug Power: Power indicator (green) Filling: Water replenishment indicator (blue) Alarm: Alarm indicator (red)
The installation process involves the following steps: 1. Install the optical sensor (S2) at the normal water level, ensuring it is away from bubbles that could interfere with its operation. 2. Install the float sensor (S1) above the normal water level to detect overflow. 3. Connect the pipeline, including the make-up pump, anti-siphon connector, and water pipe bracket, ensuring the anti-siphon connector is positioned higher than the water replenishment bucket level. 4. Plug the power cable of the water replenishment pump into the Pump connector and adjust the flow rate using the valve on the pump cover. 5. Plug the power adapter into the DC12V connector and power on the device.
The device features several important safety and usage considerations: - Use the provided power adapter only. - The height difference between the make-up bucket and the sump/master tank should not exceed 1.5 meters, and the make-up bucket level should be lower than the sump/master tank level. - The optical level sensor is sensitive to dirt, so it should be wiped clean regularly. - The product is not waterproof and should be used in environments with temperatures between 0-40°C and humidity below 80%.
The device's alarm system can indicate four different statuses: 1. Submersible pump not plugged in or malfunctioning 2. Overflow alarm 3. Overtime alarm 4. Lack of liquid alarm
The product comes with a one-year warranty, covering free repairs, replacement of faulty parts, and product replacement if repairs are not possible. The warranty does not cover issues caused by improper use, maintenance, power supply, or unauthorized modifications.
