The Whisper Bio-Bag Cartridges complete the Whisper Power Filter package, providing a clean and easy-to-maintain aquarium. The Whisper Bio-Bag multi-packs come unassembled, offering economical pricing on larger quantities. Simply detach the clip from the Aerobic Frame and slide the filter bag over the frame. Add one packet of Ultra-activated carbon, press the Aerobic Frame flaps down over the top of the filter bag, and press the clip down over the flaps. Rinse the assembly under cool tap water to remove any carbon dust, then insert the Bio-Bag into the filter slots. For best results, change the Bio-Bag monthly.
The Whisper Bio-Bag Cartridges are designed to fit a range of Tetra filters, including the Small-3i Internal, Medium- PF10 Power Filter, 10i Internal, and Reptofilter 90 GPH, as well as the Large- 20, 30, 40, and 60 Power Filters and 20i & 40i Internals, and the XL-Whisper 4 and 5, TetraTec 300 and 500.
The unassembled replacement carbon filters are designed to keep aquarium water crystal clear by removing odors and discoloration.
